Rules

  • Work should be completed within the allotted time.
  • Participants are expected to share the work equally among team members.
  • If the artwork is not related to the topic, the contestant will be eliminated.
  • No copying, referencing, or inspiration from others will be allowed.
  • Participants must bring their own art supplies and materials as needed after viewing the themes.
  • Only paper will be provided by the organizers.

EventOutline

  • Two rounds will be held for Category B. Round 1 will be held on the first day and Round 2 will be held on the second day.
  • Finalists of Round 1 will be announced on Google Classrooms, which will be created soon after registrations.
  • Round 1
    • Students can only participate individually.
    • Topic – Life on Mars
    • Time – 80 mins
    • A description/paragraph on the topic ‘Life on Mars’ will be given to the contestants. It is up to the participants to include the given description in their artworks using their creativity.
    • Participants will be judged based on:
      • Creativity
      • Color utilization
      • Overall presentation
      • Artistic skills
      • Inclusivity of given description
    • Participants must bring their own art materials. Only paper will be provided by the organizers.
    • The 80-minute time limit must be strictly followed.
    • The finalists of Round 1 will be announced on Google Classrooms, which will be created shortly after registrations close.
  • Round 2
    • Round 2 is a team event (2 members). The teams will be decided by the judges and will be announced in the Google Classroom shortly after Round 1.
    • Topic will be announced on the day of the event.
    • Time – 80 minutes
    • Each team consists of two members.
    • Each team will have to choose a chit, which will contain the name of a random object that they will have to incorporate in their artworks, using their creativity, while making sure to follow the given topic.
    • Participants will be judged based on:
      • Creativity
      • Color utilization
      • Overall presentation
      • Artistic skills
      • Inclusivity of given object
      • Teamwork
    • Participants must bring their own art materials. Only paper will be provided by the organizers.
    • The 80-minute time limit must be strictly followed.
