Rules

  • No Plagiarism:

    Participants must ensure that all materials presented, including business plans, presentations, and supporting documents, are original and not plagiarized from any source. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Confidentiality of Information:

    Participants are strictly prohibited from revealing their assigned code names or any confidential information related to their business ideas or strategies to other teams. Sharing such information will lead to penalties or disqualification.

  • No Use of AI Tools:

    Participants are not allowed to utilize any artificial intelligence tools or platforms during the preparation or presentation of their pitches. This includes but is not limited to AI-generated content, language models, or automated presentation software.

  • Internet Usage Restrictions:

    Participants may only use the internet during the event when explicitly permitted by the event organizers. Unauthorized internet usage, including accessing external resources or communication platforms without permission, is prohibited.

  • Judges' Decisions:

    All decisions made by the judges and event organizers are final and binding. Participants must accept the judges' decisions without dispute or argument.

  • Code of Ethics:

    Participants are expected to uphold high ethical standards throughout the event, including honesty, integrity, and fairness in all interactions and presentations.

  • Event Organizer's Authority:

    The event organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce these rules as they see fit, and to take appropriate action in cases of rule violations or misconduct, including but not limited to warnings, penalties, disqualification, or expulsion from the event.

Event outline

  • Round 1: A pitch round in which participants pitch their ideas to the judges for the first time.
    • Participants will be given time to present their idea and have to face rebuttal for a time limit as imposed by the judges.
  • Round 2: A Series B funding round in which participants will have to pitch the future prospect of their idea to investors.
    • Participants will face multiple challenges throughout this round.
  • Final Round: The final round will be held in front of an audience and will be the final round of funding.
    • Participants will be tested under immense pressure in this round and will have to face multiple drawbacks while convincing investors to invest in their businesses.
